Job summary

A reputable construction firm in Singapore is seeking an individual to oversee daily site activities, ensure proper execution of work, and prepare progress reports. Candidates should possess a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering and preferably have relevant experience in the facade/curtain wall field. Strong communication and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably to have relevant work experience in facade/curtain wall field.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision under tight schedule.
• Meticulous and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily site activities and progress, planning work schedules.
• Coordinate with departments concerning site work activities.
• Work closely with sub-contractors for work-related matters.
• Supervise on-site works for proper execution and safety.
• Handle engineering/technical issues as they arise.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain up-to-date records.

• Prepare daily progress reporting and maintain records that are up to date.
