Job Description
- Keep Project goals and Objective on track
- Oversee the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring of work execution in accordance to master and micro detail work programme
- Liaise with Client, Consultants, Main Contractor & Sub-Contractors for technical issues and coordination.
- Liaise with TSA Manager to keep project within schedule
- Providing guidance and direction to supervisors in relation to scope of works and ensure progress according to schedule with good quality.
- Identify and propose best practices and work methodology.
- Supervision of construction works closely
- Assist in procurement and coordinator with suppliers
- Review Project to identify points for improvement
- Review & Verify Sub-contractors Work Done / Claims
- Prepare Monthly Progress Claim Report
- Support Downstream Mental Wellness & Welfare
- Any other duties assigned by TSA Manager
Job Requirement
- Bachelor / Diploma in Engineering or any related field of study.
- Min 3 - 5 years’ experience in related field
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in AutoCAD, Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
