Job description

• Adequate knowledge in site work planning and execution. (logistics, materials, and manpower)
• Assist in the planning and sequencing of the construction work to the master programmes.
• Liaise with customer’s site representatives and subcontractors/suppliers.
• Check construction drawings for trades coordination on site.
• Conduct inspections and checking on works.
• Ensure that all operations are carried out safely. Co-ordinate the handling over of completed works to the customer and completion of the necessary rectification works.
• Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risk.
• Familiar with relevant authority requirement.
• 6 Days Work Week

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or related field
• Familiar with BCA, LTA, or MOM regulations (depending on project type)
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or similar tools
• Good communication skills and ability to lead a site team
