• Marking and setting out (follow the drawing, floor plan etc).
• Coordinate with management/quantity surveyor regarding progress claim (such as work done) & site supervisor.
• Planning and prepare the schedule, preparing estimates for time and material costs, material procurement and manpower planning on site.
• Following inspection with RTO.
• Bilingual is an advantage especially speaking of Chinese & English.
• Willing to work overtime as job site might have any emergency that need you to support on site.
• Must have high energy level to handle multiple projects and to do lots of site walks at construction site.
• Responsive to message and answering call to handle site emergency issue.
• Must be independent, fast learner.
