The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and be proficient in MS Office and AutoCad. Responsibilities include determining project specifications, preparing status reports, and resolving project-related issues. This role offers a chance to contribute significantly to project success.
Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans, conferring with management.
Determines project specifications by studying customer requirements, and performance standard, preparing cost estimates.
Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, sequencing project elements.
Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving problems.
Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes, recommending actions.
Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): MS Office, AutoCad.
