Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Assist the Project Manager in project planning, technical/engineering matters, authority submissions and site matters.
• 2. Supervise and monitor projects to ensure adherence to operating procedures, quality standards, contractual specifications and safety compliances.
• 3. Prepare and submit shop drawings, material/MOS, assist in monthly progress claims, and progress reports.
• 4. Handle engineering/technical issues, prepare progress reports, and maintain up-to-date records.
• 5. Oversee daily site activities, progress and schedules, ensuring compliance with master and detailed work programmes.
• 6. Coordination with internal departments, subcontractors, consultants, and users to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• 1. Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 2. Minimum 2 years of site experience in local construction firm.
• 3. Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision under tight schedules.
