SM METAL WORKS PTE. LTD. seeks a diligent Civil Engineering project professional to assist in planning, scheduling, and documentation across multi-discipline projects on site in Singapore.

The role emphasizes rigorous adherence to schedules, proper record-keeping, and timely communication with the Project Manager. You will handle drawings, procurement support within budget, and ensure compliance with construction procedures, contributing to safe, organized site operations.

Formación

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
• Excellent project management and supervision skills.
• Available to start on short notice (immediately preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Assist in project planning, defining scope, and maintaining schedules.
• Maintain project documentation, contracts, change orders, and reports.
• Ensure proper documentation of authorities procedures and information.
• Keep documents and drawings in hard and soft copy, timely.
• Track delivery progress and material quality per construction schedule.
• Prepare drawings, shop drawings, and pre-drawings per manager's instructions.
• Monitor and control master programme.
• Maintain an organized and safe workplace.
• Report to Project Manager on project status and issues affecting client relations.
• Assist with purchasing materials within budget.
• Understand construction drawings.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, defining scope, and maintaining project schedules.
• Maintain project documentation, contracts, change orders, and reports.
• To ensure all Authorities procedures and information are properly documented
• To ensure documents and drawings are kept both in hard and soft copy and in a timely and proper manner
• Track the progress of delivery and quality of materials in accordance with the construction schedule to prevent delays
• Drawings, shop drawings , pre-drawing preparation and submission in a timely and in accordance to the requirement or instructions of the Manager
• Monitor and control master programme
• Maintains an organized and safe work place
• Report to Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations
• Any other tasks and duties as instructed by the management.
• Understand well construction drawing
• Assist to purchase material in the within budget range

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant field of study or equivalent work experience
• The ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
• Excellent project management and supervision skills.
• Able to start work within a short notice period or immediately preferred.
• Good knowledge and skills in project management
