Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Site Engineer to join our dynamic team at Kimly Construction Pte Ltd. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of our new construction projects. Your expertise in Architectural /structural engineering will be instrumental in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our projects.

Responsibilities
  • Perform site planning, coordination & inspection relating to the construction project
  • Assist in the implementation of project operation to comply with ISO 9001; 14001; 45001 standard requirements, documented procedures as well as client, companies, authorities’ requirements
  • Update the progress of structural works in the Progress Reports
  • Maintain the proper documentation of inspection forms and other follow-up inspections from RE
  • Support Quantity Surveyors in conducting site measurement and inspections
  • Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day activities on construction sites
  • Assist in commissioning including coordination structural engineering
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and optimise project performance
Qualifications
  • Having experience with main contractor will be advantageous.
  • A bachelor's degree in civil/structural engineering or a related field, a qualification recognized by the PE Board will be advantageous.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and project plans
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Familiarity with construction methods, planning, materials, and equipment
  • Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and quality standards
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
