Job description
Due to our expansion, we are looking to hire an engineer to join our team in supporting the smooth operation of robots in a hospital setting and supervise installation of cabling.
The key responsibilities include:
- Ensure continuous monitoring of AMR performance via the dashboard to guarantee smooth operation throughout the hospital.
- Respond promptly to any operational incidents or issues on the ground, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Serve as a key communication point between the project team and ground users, providing regular updates on the status of AMR operations.
- Document any issues or incidents in daily log files to ensure traceability and resolution.
- Work in rotating shifts (6 am - 3 pm or 12 pm - 9 pm), with occasional weekends and public holidays based on shift schedule requirements.
- Receive training on generating error logs using specific software tools.
- Be trained to operate and control AMR fleet tasks through dedicated software.
- Basic troubleshooting of the AMR robots.
- Support structured cabling installations.
- On site supervision and provide guidance to sub contractors.
- Following up with customers on updates to project status.
