Job summary

JIN SHENG ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced professional to draft 2D shop drawings and coordinate on-site activities across islandwide projects in Singapore.

You will engage with main contractors, designers and architects and lead a team to deliver carpentry fitment works. The role requires at least 8 years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Min. 8 years' experience in related field.
• Problemsolving skills preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Meticulous, analytical, eye for details and a good team player.
• Preferable to start work immediate or on short notice.
• Able to work on weekends & public holidays if required.
• Able to attend meetings on construction/ renovation sites.

Responsibilities

• Draft 2D shop drawings (AutoCAD dwg and hand sketch).
• Familiar with carpentry fitment components (cabinets, doors, wall paneling).
• Take actual site measurements with elaborate hand sketches.
• Attend on-site meetings with main contractor/designer/architect.
• Lead lower skilled workers to complete production tasks.
• Stock taking and ordering of raw materials.
• Other duties as assigned.
