  • Liaise with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Track and update project timelines, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Ensure that all site workers and personnel comply with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage on-site logistics, including materials and equipment delivery and usage.
  • Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and incident reports.
  • Resolve site-related issues and conflicts promptly to prevent delays.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports for project managers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and enforce the cleanliness and organisation of the construction site.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
