Responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Liaise with main contractors, architects, and engineers.
• Manage site safety in accordance with Ministry of Manpower guidelines.
• Attend site meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Monitor and report on progress of rectification works and quality of materials.
