Job summary

ZHU YAAH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site & Workforce Supervisor to direct on-site construction workers, engineers and subcontractors, and to assign daily tasks while keeping the team motivated.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise on-site construction workers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Review programmes, schedules, and method statements; monitor progress.
• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, site audits; enforce regs.
• Ensure works match drawings; manage ITP, commissioning, defect rectifications.
• Procure and coordinate materials, tools, plant equipment, and subcontractor schedules.
• Report progress to project managers, clients, architects, and consultants; chair meetings.
• Maintain daily site logs, progress reports, inspection records, and budget paperwork.
