Job summary

A construction company is seeking an Administrative Assistant in Singapore to manage general admin tasks, support project teams, and handle public inquiries. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum GCE 'O' Level, have at least 2 years' relevant experience, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-years relevant working experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Preferably specialised in Clerical / Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Good public relations skills.

Responsibilities

  • Handle general admin tasks such as phone calls, filing, scanning, and maintaining up-to-date file records.
  • Support Project Team with administrative/clerical duties.
  • Handle public inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
  • Arrange for site inspections; draft and reply to feedback/queries.
  • Document and record defects including hardcopy/online submissions.
  • Establish and maintain a good relationship with stakeholders near the construction site.
  • Provide hotline for public feedback.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
