Job summary

GRANDTECH CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Civil Engineer to manage on-site activities, plan and monitor progress, and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors. The role involves addressing technical issues, ensuring safety, and overseeing structural and architectural works on site.

Applicants should be a Civil Engineer with PE Board registration and have 1–2 years of site experience. This full-time position is based on-site in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineer with PE Board registration preferred.
• Min 1-2 years' experience on site.

Responsibilities

• Report to Project Manager / Site Manager for the arrangement of work.
• Liaise with consultants for the submission and approval of materials and shop drawings.
• Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site; coordinate inspection work by Resident Engineer and clerk of works.
• Handling technical and engineering problems on site.
• Ensure site safety and proper execution of site work procedures on site.
• Monitor and coordinate the works of subcontractors for Structure and Architectural work.
