Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, document filing, and maintaining records of all incoming and outgoing correspondences.
- Manage office and pantry supplies, stationery, and requisites, including procurement and replenishment.
- Prepare and maintain a master list of drawings, documents, and correspondences.
- Ensure proper organization and maintenance of filing systems and document storage.
- Provide administrative support to daily site operations and assist with administrative tasks for the head office as required.
- Handle complaints and feedback from stakeholders, the public, and authorities through emails, letters, and face-to-face meetings, and take appropriate remedial actions.
- Conduct visits to residents, occupiers, and stakeholders in the vicinity of the project when necessary.
- Manage feedback and complaints tactfully, providing full support on all public relations matters related to the project team.
- Arrange and attend meetings on public relations matters with the project team when required.
- Promote and maintain good relationships with the public, residents, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain proper filing, documentation, and correspondence related to public relations and project activities.
- Prepare monthly public relations reports and weekly updates for management meetings.
- Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- 2 years of relevant site administration experience in the construction industry
- Minimum GCE “O” Level or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Must be comfortable working full-time at a construction site in Woodlands.
- 5.5 days work week
