Job summary

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of LTA/roadwork projects will be an advantage.
  • Willing to travel to Gul Drive by end of 2025.

Responsibilities

  • Handle site documentation, permits, safety records, and daily reports.
  • Prepare, manage, and file correspondence, invoices, delivery orders, and material records.
  • Support project teams in scheduling, manpower coordination, and logistics.
  • Monitor attendance, timesheets, and overtime submissions.
  • Assist in procurement activities, including quotations and purchase orders.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities when required.
