A Human Resources Consulting Firm in Singapore is looking for a Sales Admin Executive. This role involves providing administrative and marketing support to the Sales & Marketing Divisions, preparing quotations, and generating reports. Candidates should have at least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the healthcare sector, along with a diploma or degree. Proficiency in SAP/SAGE/ERP and Microsoft Office is essential.

Provide administrative and marketing support to the Sales & Marketing Divisions
Prepare quotations, follow up on sales orders and tender preparations
Generate reports and maintenance of database
Help to build and maintain good relationship with customers
Requirements:
At least 4 years Sales support experience, not any other admin or Supply Chain related, etc
Must be Diploma/Degree holders, preferably with the background of medical, scientific or equivalent
Excellent understanding of SAP/SAGE/ERP system
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Meticulous and organized
