JOB CHOICES SOLUTION PTE. LTD. is hiring a Vending Machine Maintenance & Operations Technician (Machine Maintenance Cum Product Top-Up) based in AMK with island-wide operations.

The role covers machine delivery, placement, relocation, routine maintenance, and product top-ups across customer sites. Applicants should hold a Singapore Class 3 or Class 4 driving license, possess basic English and Mandarin communication, and be able to travel island-wide for site work.

Qualifications

• Basic English and Mandarin communication to coordinate with internal teams and clients.
• Must have Singapore Class 3 or Class 4 driving license to drive company vans.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery, placement, and relocation of vending machines across island locations.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and timely repairs on vending machine equipment.
• Handle scheduled product replenishment, inventory tracking and stock management for assigned machines.
• Diagnose equipment faults using basic electronic and mechanical knowledge and resolve operational issues.
• Provide professional on-site customer service during site visits and deployments.
• Ensure daily operations, driving duties, and on-site maintenance comply with safety and quality standards.

自動販賣機維護與營運技術員 / Vending Machine Maintenance & Operations Technician (Machine Maintenance Cum Product Top-Up)

工作地點 / Company Location:

项目遍布全岛 / Based in AMK, with operations covering island-wide locations.

工作時間 / Work Schedule:

5.5天制 9 - 6pm / 5.5 Day Work Week (Monday to Friday, Saturday Half day )

薪資待遇 / Gross Monthly Salary:

綜合月薪 / Gross Monthly Salary: S$2,000 - S$2,300

工作職責 / Key Responsibilities:

• 機器運送與物流 / Machine Operations & Logistics: 協助處理販賣機的運送、現場放置及遷移等工作。 Assist in the delivery, placement, and relocation of vending machines to various customer sites across the island.
• 維護與故障排除 / Maintenance & Troubleshooting: 執行機器設備的預防性保養、例行維修及故障排除。 Perform routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and prompt repairs for mechanical and electrical breakdowns of vending machines.
• 產品補充與庫存管理 / Inventory & Product Top-Up: 負責指定販賣機的定期補貨、庫存盤點及物料管理。 Handle scheduled product replenishment, inventory tracking, and stock management within assigned vending machines.
• 技術支援 / Technical Support: 運用電子零件及設備相關經驗，診斷設備故障並高效解決營運問題。 Utilize basic electronic and mechanical knowledge to diagnose equipment faults and resolve operational issues efficiently.
• 客戶服務 / Customer Service: 在全島各站點進行現場服務時，保持專業且以客戶為導向的良好態度。 Maintain a professional and customer-oriented attitude when interacting with clients during on-site visits and service deployments.
• 安全規範 / Safety & Compliance: 確保所有日常營運、駕駛及現場維護作業均符合公司安全與品質標準。 Ensure all operations, driving duties, and on-site maintenance comply with company workplace safety and quality standards.

職位要求 / Job Requirements:

• 駕照要求 / Driving License: 持新加坡 Class 3 或 Class 4 駕照 且會開 Van 者優先考慮。 Possession of a Singapore Class 3 or Class 4 driving license to drive company vans is a strong advantage.
• 相關經驗 / Experience: 具備電子零件/設備維護、機械維修或現場技術支援經驗者優先。 Prior hands‑on experience in electronic/electrical component maintenance, equipment servicing, or field technical support is preferred.
• 體能要求 / Physical Fitness: 能夠勝任現場體力活，包括搬運機器、上下貨及補貨作業。 Capable of handling on‑site physical work, including machine handling, moving, and loading/unloading products.
• 工作態度 / Work Attitude: 工作態度認真負責、積極主動、能獨立作業，並能適應全島跑點的機動行程。 Reliable, proactive, independent, and able to adapt to a dynamic, island-wide travel schedule.
• 語言能力 / Language Proficiency: 具備基礎的中英文溝通能力，以順利對接團隊及本地客戶。 Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to coordinate with internal teams and local clients.
