Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing and onboarding, manage compensation and benefits.
• Assist employees with benefits issues and new employee benefits.
• Manage the performance review process for the assigned location.

Skills

Experience with HRIS systems – Oracle preferred

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field
