Job description
DUTIES & RESPOBSIBILITIES
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing and Sales team, including preparing reports, processing booking orders, maintaining databases, printing menus and gift certificates, managing correspondence, and organising sales materials.

  • Coordinate with internal departments, including Operations, Food and Beverage, Property Maintenance, Procurement, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless event operations. Duties include updating and circulating the daily event list, managing the venue booking calendar, preparing event signage, and coordinating event logistics.

  • Assist in the preparation of event orders, ensuring all internal stakeholders are well-informed on event requirements, timelines, and client specifications.

  • Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to obtain quotations for catering, decorations, and equipment rentals, ensuring timely delivery and service quality.

  • Maintain accurate sales and booking records, ensuring proper documentation and timely completion of administrative tasks related to events and sales activities.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the management to support the departmental objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum GCE O Level qualification.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).

  • Meticulous, resourceful, and detail-oriented.

  • Good interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
