Job summary

A leading tourism company in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities across the travel trade and corporate segments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tourism or hospitality, with at least six years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include developing tailored proposals, planning sales initiatives, and maintaining operational efficiency. Qualifications

  • Industry experience in tourism, attractions, hospitality, or the MICE preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities across the travel trade, domestic groups, and corporate segments
  • Develop tailored proposals that align with client requirements while ensuring commercial sustainability
  • Plan and implement sales initiatives and promotional activities to grow visitation and meet revenue targets
  • Lead client engagement throughout site inspections, contracting, event planning and execution - ensuring excellent service delivery
  • Work closely with Operations, Maintenance, F&B and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event and logistics coordination
  • Partner with Marketing and Project teams to refine product offerings and support campaign rollouts
  • Represent the destination at trade shows, networking events, and key industry platforms to expand business reach
  • Contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting with data driven insights
  • Maintain and enhance standard operating procedures for sales and booking processes to ensure operational efficiency
  • Perform other duties assigned in support of business objectives
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
  • Industry experience in tourism, attractions, hospitality, or the MICE preferred
