Job summary

Finloop Singapore Holdings Pte. Ltd. is expanding its regulatory compliance capabilities in Singapore. We seek an experienced Compliance Manager to build and operate the local compliance function for a regulated investment and fund platform serving institutional clients.

You will collaborate with an external compliance partner, lead AML/CFT and onboarding processes, and progressively assume ownership of day-to-day compliance operations while scaling the team as the business grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of compliance experience in Singapore financial services.
• Strong MAS CMS experience, CIS and/or securities activities and custodial services preferred.
• Practical AML/CFT experience including KYC/KYB, CDD/EDD, sanctions screening and ongoing monitoring.
• Experience reviewing marketing and client-facing materials for regulatory compliance.
• Experience implementing and operating compliance policies, procedures and controls.
• Ability to work independently in a growing business.

Responsibilities

• Work with external compliance partner to implement and operate Singapore compliance framework.
• Provide practical compliance guidance across securities, CIS, and custodial services.
• Oversee AML/CFT processes including KYC/KYB, CDD/EDD, risk assessment, sanctions/PEP screening, ongoing monitoring.
• Support client onboarding and review high-risk or complex relationships.
• Conduct risk-based compliance monitoring and testing; identify gaps and drive remediation.
• Review new products and partnerships for regulatory compliance.
