Singapore CNC Manufacturing Production Supervisor (3 years of experience of Supervisor in Manufacturing Environment, / Tuas )

Location: Tuas

Salary Range: S$2,600 – 3,500

Working Hours: 5 days per week

About the Company We are a Singapore-based CNC precision manufacturing company serving clients in the semiconductor, aerospace, and engineering sectors. About the Role As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day machining operations and ensure that production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards. You will plan resources, manage manpower allocation, and coordinate between production and engineering teams to optimize output and resolve operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize, coordinate, and monitor all production activities to ensure they follow planned schedules.
  • Calculate machine cycle times and develop production schedules based on capacity and capabilities.
  • Plan and allocate manpower resources effectively to meet production requirements.
  • Verify and approve machining programs issued to the workshop.
  • Analyze production issues and implement solutions between programming and production departments.
  • Review and evaluate monthly machining and scrap reports to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Supervise and motivate production staff to achieve performance and quality targets.
  • Enforce good housekeeping practices (5S) and ensure a safe and organized work environment.
  • Maintain effective communication across departments and prepare necessary production reports.
  • Apply strong technical understanding in machining, jig, fixture, and heat treatment processes.
Requirements
  • NTC 2 or Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Sound knowledge of machining processes and CNC operations.
  • Proficient in PC usage and production reporting systems.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • A proactive, self-driven team player with a strong achievement mindset.
