The role involves leading technical discussions, providing expertise in cybersecurity and cloud services, and creating client solutions. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience working in a Managed Services environment and possesses strong communication skills. This position requires a collaborative approach to work and is based in the Singapore office for 3 days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Solutions Architect role, collaborating with clients.
• 5+ years of designing and implementing infrastructure solutions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales team and lead technical presales discussions.
• Provide subject matter expertise in cloud and IT management.
• Create technical documentation and client presentations.
• Participate in seminars, tradeshows, and training.
• Keep up to date on emerging technologies and attain certifications.
• Interface with internal teams to improve products and services.
• Provide ongoing product training to sales organization.
