A technology solutions company in Singapore is seeking an experienced After Sales Support Specialist to install and support Stratio's solutions. We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused After Sales Support Specialist (Field & Enablement) to represent Stratio in Singapore. This role combines hands‑on technical field and troubleshooting work, customer training and enablement.
You will ensure Stratio solutions are correctly installed and maintained, while also helping customer teams adopt and gain maximum value from Stratio’s technology.
You will be the local first point of contact, reporting to and collaborating closely with our Implementation team based in Portugal. We are looking for someone proactive, resourceful, and self‑sufficient, available to ensure occasional overlap for alignment calls.
You will be working in the field with vehicles and electronic systems, while also being capable of training and supporting customer teams.
Stratio’s technology supports more than 80% of the Singapore bus fleet in delivering reliable daily service. This is an unique opportunity to be Stratio’s on‑the‑ground representative in the South East Region and shape our presence in the region.

This role is based in Singapore. You will be our local presence in Singapore, operating independently while collaborating asynchronously with the teams in Portugal. You are expected to work both remotely and within our customers' facilities.
