Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
• Experience in Maritime / Oil & Gas / Manufacturing / Technology recruitment sector is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support 360° recruitment processes for contracting and permanent positions.
• Source, engage, and screen candidates across technical and commercial functions.
• Assist in coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions in the recruitment system.
• Support business development activities by helping research clients and market trends.
• Meet individual targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
