Job summary

A technology firm in Singapore seeks a Simulation Systems Engineer to support daily operations and perform maintenance on their simulation systems. Ideal candidates should have a diploma in IT or Engineering and experience in IT support and troubleshooting. You will work closely with clients, providing on-site operational support and troubleshooting technical issues. This is a 1-year contract position with potential for extension, requiring high motivation and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Position: Simulation Systems Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations of simulation system, including operational support at customers’ location.
• Perform technical analysis, corrective, and preventive maintenance of simulation system.
• Troubleshooting of technical issues on site at customers’ location.
• Implementing scenario creation or edits as required for operations using simulation tool set.
• Any other matters tasked by Management.

Requirements:

• Preferably Diploma in Information Technology / Engineering, or relevant qualifications.
• Experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
• Experience handling IT network issues will be an advantage.
• Team player with good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skill.
• Resourceful and able to work independently when required.
• Keen to learn and assess new technology for work purposes.
• Should be highly motivated and able to work under tight schedules.
• Meticulous and able to multi-task.

Selected candidates will be offered a 1 year contract that can be extended.
