A leading international law firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced legal consultant for Corporate Banking. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive legal support for banking transactions and regulatory matters. The successful applicant will have at least 4-6 years of PQE and experience in banking and finance law. The strong candidate will provide comprehensive legal support for all Corporate Bank and general regulatory matters in Singapore. This role covers a broad range of banking transactions and regulatory issues with a focus on loans structured transactions and cross‑border matters.
