Job summary

hudsonmanpower seeks an experienced Shot Blast Operator to run shot blasting machines for cleaning and finishing metal surfaces in a casting production setting.

You will ensure the correct surface finish, safely load/unload components, monitor performance, inspect blasted parts, and follow maintenance and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School/ITI qualification required.
• Equipment Safety Training mandatory.
• Minimum 4 years of experience operating shot blasting machines.
• Casting or metal finishing industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of surface preparation and finishing standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate shot blasting machine to clean cast components.
• Ensure proper surface finish as per specifications.
