We are Lee Wei Song Music Academy, with over 30 years of excellent, we are dedicated to nuturing aspiring singers, musicians, and songwriters through quallity training. We are now looking for a Shop Sales Assistant to join our front-of-house team and be part of our growing musical family.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers/clients when they visit or contact us, helping them with their needs and questions.
  • Provide product/service information and make suitable recommendations.
  • Process sales transactions (cash, card, e-payment) and handle any returns or exchanges.
  • Maintain visual presentation of the sales/retail area: keep displays, shelves, and promotional materials neat and organised.
  • Monitor stock levels, assist with restocking items, and report inventory issues.
  • Support the team by maintaining customer/client database records, updating sales logs, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and help drive team performance.
  • Uphold company policies, deliver excellent customer service, and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications
  • Minimum secondary education (e.g., GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent) is preferred; diploma is a plus.
  • Previous retail or customer-service experience is an advantage but not strictly required — good attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (and/or Mandarin or other relevant language if your clientele demands).
  • Strong customer service orientation: friendly, patient, positive, and able to build rapport with customers.
  • Basic numeracy/computer skills to handle transactions and maintain records.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays if required.
  • Good stamina: move around the shop/sales area, and assist in restocking/arranging displays.
