Job summary

A leading retail company in Singapore is seeking an experienced manager to oversee daily shop operations, lead a talented team, and ensure excellent customer service. Candidates should have a diploma and at least 8 years of supervisory experience in the food & beverage or retail industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. This role requires flexibility with shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

  • 8 years of supervisory experience in food & beverages, hospitality, or retail industry.
  • Must be able to work on rotating shifts, weekends & Public Holidays.
  • Confident and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Fully responsible for shop’s day to day operation within budget.
  • Lead, train and motivate shop team to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure adherence to effective security & financial procedures.
