A milk tea shop manager oversees daily operations, including inventory, staffing, customer service, and ensuring product quality by following standard operating procedures for beverages and food. Key responsibilities involve leading a team through training and scheduling, maintaining shop cleanliness, managing finances, driving sales, and creating a positive customer experience to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of the retail space, bar, and inventory.
    Ensure health department compliance and proper maintenance of equipment.
    Manage the creation and preparation of beverages and food according to company recipes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and schedule staff to meet operational needs.
    Provide ongoing training and coaching to ensure staff understand products and procedures.
    Manage performance, assigning duties and ensuring a positive and productive team environment.
  • Customer Service: Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve customer issues promptly and courteously.
    Create and maintain a welcoming and efficient atmosphere for customers.
  • Financial & Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory, and manage ordering of ingredients, supplies, and merchandise.
    Handle cash accurately and be responsible for sales and reporting.
  • Marketing & Community Engagement: Act as a brand ambassador to drive sales and customer engagement.
    Potentially organize and host events, such as tea tastings or educational events.
