Responsibilities

• Shop Manager for all staff and operational issues as well as boost up the sales
• Motivate and monitor the team to provide excellent service to our customers
• Achieve company's sales targets
• Maximize the sales turnover and profitability of the store
• Handle any ad hoc tasks as assigned
• Responsible for the daily store operations and supervising a team of retail associates ensure smooth operation
• Ensuring visual merchandising and housekeeping are kept to company standard
• Maintaining a high standard of personal and team members grooming & appropriate conduct
• Provides excellent customer service and maintains a pleasant shopping environment consistent with our brand image
