Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the work schedules of store staff.
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and arrange timely replenishment of fresh produce.
- Ensure all fresh produce meets quality and safety standards.
- Assist in the procurement of Household and hardware from suppliers.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Plan and implement sales promotions to boost revenue.
- Maintain cleanliness, display arrangement, and compliance with health regulations.
- Willing to work long hours & weekend.
