Job Description & Requirements
We are MUET (myu-ay), a fine fashion accessories brand making our debut in Singapore, looking for an enthusiastic and friendly individual to be the face of our brand, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. No prior experience is necessary. This is a part-time position.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers on the sales floor with a positive and engaging attitude.
- Help customers find products that match their style and needs, offering styling tips and product information.
- Maintain the store's visual merchandising standards by keeping displays attractive and the sales floor clean and tidy.
- Handle cashiering and payment processes accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Assist with stock replenishment, organization of new and existing inventory, and stock checks.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
- A positive attitude and a passion for the fashion industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and a hardworking attitude.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays. Ideal candidates are available Saturday evening (7-9pm) and Sunday morning (11am-2pm) shifts.
- No prior experience is required, training will be provided.
Compensation & Benefits
- Basic Salary: $14 SGD per hour
- Working Hours: up to 25 hours per week
