Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across departments to ensure efficient workflow and achievement of business targets.
• Analyse existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
• Lead, train, and mentor operational staff.
• Track operational KPIs and prepare reports.
• Oversee allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure operations meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage operational budgets and monitor expenses.
• Work closely with departments for cohesive operations.
• Address operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to health & safety guidelines and company policies.
