Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Seafreight Operations Officer to manage daily import and export shipments and ensure seamless coordination with clients, shipping lines, and customs authorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor incoming/outgoing sea freight shipments;
• Prepare and process import/export documentation (e.g. BL, invoices, import & export permits)
• Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, truckers and vendors
• Update shipment status in internal systems and handle customer inquiries
• Resolve operational issues and support process improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company procedures

Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
