Job summary

Qualcomm Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to develop and coordinate integrated logistics strategies, manage domestic and international shipments, and prep trade documents for a defined business unit.

You will liaise with Customer service, Warehouse, Forwarder, and internal teams; handle shipping documentation accuracy, freight cost analysis, and customs procedures, including insurance claim processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of Logistics or related work experience.
• Knowledge of shipping procedures, bill negotiation, marine insurance claim and customs procedures.
• GCE O Level and above with at least 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse and shipping operation within mass manufacture environment.

Responsibilities

• Arrange with Customer service / Warehouse / Forwarder for daily shipping activities.
• Ensure on-time preparation and accuracy of shipment documentation, follow up with forwarder on logistics arrangement.
• Filing of shipping documents; freight bill verification / report.
• Insurance claims and loss management; customs and export compliance.
• Analyse freight costs and quotations to ensure cost effectiveness.
