Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our marine logistics team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in import/export operations, vessel scheduling, and Cargowise system management. Experience with MES (Major Export Scheme) and Inward Declaration (ID) is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily vessel berthing schedules and delivery arrangements.
• Handle import and export documentation and ensure smooth cargo movement.
• Communicate effectively with customers, shipping agents, and internal operation teams.
• Update and maintain records in Cargowise system accurately.
• Ensure compliance with MES procedures and Inward Declaration requirements.
• Support daily logistics operations and resolve any operational issues promptly.
• Prepare reports and assist in improving operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marine logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding.
• Proficient in Cargowise software (required).
• Knowledge of MES and Inward Declaration (ID) handling.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
