Job summary

A logistics recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator responsible for order processing, permits, and liaising with partners. The ideal candidate has at least a GCE O Level and 1-2 years of logistics experience, is detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills. Job description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform order processing, permit declaration, payment, and shipping document.
  • Liaise internally and externally for the storage, transportation, depot of cargos.
  • Liaise with relevant parties for the pick-up and shipment of cargos.
  • Generate/Provide reports, such as customer’s report, import & export report, etc. to the Management.
  • Check all shipping documents and complete system input for final billing.
  • Any ad-hoc task assigned by the superior or top management.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum GCE O Level with 1-2 years’ experience in logistics industry is preferred.
  • Positive attitude, Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
  • Able to work as a team player, pro‑active, self‑motivated, and high sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge in PSA Haulier Community System and TradeNet will be an advantage.
  • Working Location: Pioneer area (West)
  • Willing to work 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday work from home)
