Job description

Location: Jurong Pier (Company Transport Pick up at Lakeside)

• Process customer orders in the system
• Update customers when orders are completed and follow up with delivery and shipment photos
• Coordinate logistics with customers, forwarders, and transporters
• Track delivery orders and ensure documentation is completed on time
• Handle daily label printing and record-keeping
• Issue cargo tally sheets
• Check and print daily Blending Instructions
• Manage outgoing vessel shipments and container schedules
• Plan and update the shipping schedule
• Update tank truck loading schedules and book time slots
• Monitor and follow up on outgoing goods daily
• Support the logistics team with ad-hoc tasks
