A logistics and shipping company in Singapore is seeking a Shipping Executive to prepare a full set of shipping documents and ensure compliance with customers' requirements. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of relevant experience and be able to perform data entry and manage shipping processes efficiently. This role offers competitive compensation and a 5-day work week from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' relevant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of shipping documents including BL and Commercial Invoice.
• Apply SFA Export Health Cert and Free Sale Cert.
• Arrange courier of samples and documents.
• Prepare shipping marking.
• Ensure compliance with customers’ requirements.
• Perform data entry and filing of documents.
• Complete other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare full set of shipping documents such as BL, Commercial Invoice, Packing list, Insurance, Custom Forms, COO etc. (For LC shipment, sea shipment & air shipment)
• Apply SFA Export Health Cert & Free Sale Cert
• Arrange courier of samples and documents
• Prepare shipping marking
• Ensure all outbound shipping documentation process in a timely and complies with customers’ requirement
• Data entry and filing of documents
• Other ad hoc duties assigned
