• Position: Shipping Executive
• Well Established Singapore Based Frozen Seafood Processing SME
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:00am – 5:30pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus (Minimum 1 Month)
• Working Location: Jurong Port
• Outpatient Medical & Dental Benefits Provided
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Food Processing Manufacturing

Main Responsibilities

• Handle full set of import/export shipping documents.
• Liaise with Freight forwarders, shipping lines, and courier services.
• Liaise with Internal departments & Government agencies (e.g., Singapore Customs, SFA, N Park, Enterprise Singapore).
• Ensure timely collection, delivery, and clearance of cargo.
• Track shipments and update relevant reports.
• Ensure compliance adhere to Singapore Customs regulations and documentation standards.
• Maintain accurate records for audits and internal tracking.
• Prepare reports on shipment status.
• Help with inventory updates related to imports/exports.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE “O” Level.
• At least 2 years of experience in shipping, freight forwarding or import / export documentation.
• Familiar with TradeNet, Singapore Custom procedures and Free Trade Agreements.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and LC documentation is an added advantage.
