Salary: $3000 -$3200

Job scope:
  • Liaise effectively with subcontractors, carriers, overseas agents, internal departments and clients to ensure timely and accurate shipment execution.
  • Provide regular updates to customers regarding shipment status, schedules, and any changes to arrangements.
  • Coordinate collection and delivery schedules with sub-contractors, including warehouse handling and cargo readiness.
  • Work closely with carriers to manage Bill of Lading (BL) issuance and collection and oversee payment arrangements.
  • Manage end-to-end operational tasks across import/export shipments, cross-border trucking, and cross-trade movements.
  • Prepare and process customs declarations in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Generate accurate billing and invoices, ensuring completion before monthly financial cut-off dates.
  • Maintain operational records and ensure data accuracy in internal systems.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with business development, sales and indoor sales team to resolve shipment issues and improve client satisfaction.
  • Assist in vendor performance reviews and contribute to operational reporting when needed
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • To perform other duties and tasks as assigned
