Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and negotiate with external parties including customers and suppliers.
• Arrange daily shipments and manage purchase orders.
• Control inventory for temporary and BCP stock.
• Conduct cost analysis related to cargo and logistics.

Overview

Shipping Coordinator - SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT TEAM (PO generating, Import / Export)

Job Description: Flexible candidate who have interest and would like to learn in-depth on supply chain.

• Coordination / Negotiation with internal & external parties (customers / supplier & freight forwarders etc)
• Daily shipment arrangement (PO generating / sending, SAP input, Sailing schedule arrangement / Invoice & BL checking etc)
• Supplier and customer management (Order backlog & Forecast management)
• Inventory control (For temporary & BCP stock)
• Cost Analysis (Awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost)

Job Requirement
