Working days & hours: Monday to Friday, Office hours

Job Responsibilities

• Book and coordinate sea shipments.
• Handle full sets of sea freight shipping documentation.
• Draft Bills of Lading (BL) in accordance with Letters of Credit (LC).
• Coordinate with carriers and co-loaders to secure bookings and provide loading instructions.
• Manage day-to-day operations and transactions.
• Liaise with vendors, customers, and transporters to ensure timely collection and delivery of cargo, shipments, and containers.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Min “O” / Diploma holder with 1-3 years of relevant experience / Experience in handling Ocean freight shipment
• Experienced in freight forwarding & Ocean freight will be an advantage
• Being familiar in SAP will be an advantage but is not a must.
• Good team player with the ability to work independently
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
