• Manage coordination & documentation on Export consol operations.
• Space control and monitoring of allocations.
• Ensure shipment is loaded on intended vessel.
• Monitor cargo packing condition and report.
• Ensure documents are manifested on time.
• Prepare billing to customers and shipping documents.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Education

Job Scope

• Manage coordination & documentation on Export consol operations.
• Space control and monitoring of allocations; coordinate with principle office and in-house sales - person to ensure loading factor of every consol is maximized.
• Ensure shipment is loaded on intended vsl.
• Monitor cargo packing condition, tally report & time needed for cargo to reach destination.
• Ensuring documents are manifest on time.
• Prepare billing to customers and shipping documents.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirement
