• Handle and monitor import, transhipment, and export shipments.
• Attend to customer enquiries and develop rapport.
• Manage shipping documents for incoming, transhipment, and outgoing.

Responsibilities

• Experience in COC / SOC / Forwarding
• Handle and monitor Import, Transhipment & Export Shipment
• Good communication skill with clients / Vendors
• Handle shipping documents (Incoming / Transhipment / Outgoing)
• Attend to customer’s enquiries and develop rapport with customers.
• Any Adhoc duties as assigned by the Managers

Skills

• Proficient in computing skills (Microsoft Word / Excel / Power Point / Outlook)
• Basic interpersonal skills as well as able to multi-tasking at the same time
