Job description

Responsibilities

• Handle processing of shipping documents and closely monitor shipment movement and POD status.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on all inbound and outbound shipments.
• Manage and coordinate damaged shipment claims.
• Collaborate with Finance on supplier invoice matters.
• Coordinate with Facility Manager and Warehouse on detrash and recycling activities.
• Ensure smooth implementation of new processes or portals related to shipments.
• Comply with cross-border shipping regulations, customs requirements, and international trade compliance standards.
• Prepare and update weekly/monthly reports in a timely manner.

Requirement

• Diploma and above
• With minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge in handling shipment, shipping documentation
• Knowledge in SAP system
• Immediate starter will be a plus point
• Comfortable to work on Weekend
